Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy


UbranBiz Ventures Pvt Ltd – AiroBiz Platform

These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the travel marketplace platform operated by UbranBiz Ventures Pvt Ltd through AiroBiz.

By registering, accessing, or booking through the platform, the Agent / Client / User agrees to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Company: UbranBiz Ventures Pvt Ltd
  • Platform: AiroBiz B2B Travel Marketplace
  • Agent / Client / User: Any travel agent, corporate, SME, or individual registered and transacting on the platform
  • Supplier: Airlines, hotels, bus operators, GDS, consolidators, or any service provider

2. Nature of Service

The Company acts as a technology intermediary and booking facilitator providing access to travel inventory sourced from Suppliers including airlines via NDC/GDS such as Amadeus and Travelport, hotel partners, and bus operators.

The Company does not operate flights, hotels, or buses and bears no operational liability for the services rendered by Suppliers.

3. Credit Facility Terms (Strictly Protective)

  1. Where a credit facility is extended to any Agent / Client:
  2. Credit is a privilege, not a right, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  3. Payment must be made strictly within the approved credit period.
  4. If payment is not received within the timeline:
  5. The Company reserves absolute rights to cancel any active or future bookings without notice.
  6. The Company may recover outstanding dues from any pending refunds, deposits, or balances.
  7. The Company may levy penalties, interest, and recovery charges.

The Company may initiate legal recovery proceedings at the cost of the Agent.

The Agent authorizes the Company to adjust or recover dues from:

  • Wallet balance
  • Security deposit
  • Incentives
  • Any receivable amount

The Agent remains liable for payment even if the booking is cancelled due to non-payment.

4. Right to Cancel Bookings for Non-Payment

The Company has full authority to:

Cancel PNRs, hotel vouchers, and bus tickets

Release inventory

Deny boarding / check-in rights (through Supplier notification)

Suspend login access

If dues are unpaid.

All losses, fare hikes, penalties, and passenger inconvenience arising from such cancellation shall be solely borne by the Agent / Client.

5. Flight Booking Terms

a. All flight bookings are governed by airline fare rules.

b. For Series Fares, Corporate Fares, SME Fares, Coupon Fares, NDC Fares, Pre-purchased fares:

  • These are highly restrictive.
  • May be non-refundable / non-changeable.

c. The Agent / passenger must contact the airline 12–24 hours before departure to reconfirm:

  • Schedule
  • Terminal
  • Status

d. The Company is not liable for:

  • Schedule changes
  • Cancellations
  • No-show
  • Denied boarding

e. No refund for No-Show cases unless received from the airline.

6. Hotel Booking Terms

a. All hotel bookings are subject to Supplier / Aggregator / Consolidator cancellation policies.

b. Contracted and promotional rates may be:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-amendable

c. Early checkout, no-show, or name change charges are as per hotel rules.

d. The Company is not responsible for:

  • Overbooking
  • Service quality
  • Hotel refusal

7. Bus Booking Terms

a. Bus tickets are subject to bus operator rules.

b. Seat layout, timing, boarding point may change without notice.

c. Cancellation charges as per operator policy.

d. The Company is not liable for delays, breakdowns, or service issues.

8. Refund Policy (Strict Supplier-Based Refund)

a. Refunds shall be processed only after the Company receives funds from the respective Supplier.

b. The Company has no obligation to refund before receiving the refund from:

  • Airline
  • Hotel
  • Bus operator
  • Consolidator

c. For pre-purchased, series, or special fares — refund strictly as per Supplier terms.

d. Service fees, convenience fees, and markup are non-refundable.

e. Refund timelines depend entirely on Supplier processing time.

9. No Liability Clause

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Airline schedule change
  • Visa rejection
  • Passenger documentation issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Supplier bankruptcy or failure

10. Agent Responsibility

The Agent is fully responsible to:

  • Inform passengers about fare rules
  • Verify passenger documents
  • Reconfirm itinerary with airline 12–24 hours before travel
  • Clear dues within timeline

11. Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate the Agent without notice for:

  • Payment default
  • Misuse of fares
  • Fraudulent booking
  • Chargebacks

12. Indemnification

The Agent agrees to indemnify the Company from any claims, losses, legal actions arising out of:

  • Passenger disputes
  • Non-payment
  • Miscommunication of rules

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mangaluru.

14. Acceptance

By using the platform, the Agent / Client agrees to all above Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy in full.
