UbranBiz Ventures Pvt Ltd – AiroBiz Platform

This Disclaimer governs the use of the travel marketplace platform operated by UbranBiz Ventures Pvt Ltd through AiroBiz (“Platform”).

By accessing, registering, or transacting on the Platform, the Agent / Client / User acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this Disclaimer.

1. Technology Intermediary Only

The Company is a technology service provider and booking intermediary. The Company does not own, operate, manage, or control any airline, hotel, bus operator, or other travel service provider.

All bookings made through the Platform are fulfilled by independent Suppliers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

2. No Operational Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for any operational issues including but not limited to:

• Flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, denied boarding
• Hotel overbooking, service deficiencies, refusal of check-in
• Bus delays, seat changes, breakdowns, route changes
• Schedule changes without prior notice
• Such matters are the sole responsibility of the respective Supplier.

3. Fare Rules & Restrictions

Special fares including series fares, corporate fares, SME fares, coupon fares, NDC fares, and pre-purchased fares are highly restrictive and may be non-refundable or non-changeable. The Company is not responsible for any loss arising due to such fare restrictions.

Agents and passengers must reconfirm flight details directly with the airline 12–24 hours prior to departure.

4. Accuracy of Information

While the Company strives to provide accurate information, the Platform may contain:

• Pricing errors
• Availability errors
• Typographical mistakes
• Technical glitches

The Company reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel bookings arising from such inaccuracies without liability.

5. Payment & Credit Risk

In cases where credit is extended, failure to make payment within the agreed timeline empowers the Company to cancel bookings, suspend access, and initiate recovery proceedings. The Company shall not be liable for any passenger inconvenience arising from such actions.

6. Refund Dependency on Suppliers

All refunds are strictly subject to receipt of funds from the respective Supplier. The Company has no obligation to process refunds before receiving the same.

Service fees, convenience charges, and markups are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Systems

The Platform integrates with third-party systems including GDS/NDC providers such as Amadeus and Travelport. The Company is not liable for downtime, errors, or failures originating from these systems.

8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, or Supplier insolvency.

9. User & Agent Responsibility

Agents are fully responsible for:

• Informing passengers about fare rules and cancellation policies
• Verifying passenger documents
• Ensuring timely payment
• Reconfirming itineraries with airlines and hotels

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of business, reputation, or profit
• Passenger claims arising from Supplier service failures

11. Jurisdiction

All matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mangaluru.

12. Acceptance

By using the Platform, the Agent / Client / User accepts this Disclaimer in full and agrees that the Company bears no liability beyond its role as a technology intermediary
